Minuteman Commons

Reflecting the American Revolution aesthetic of historic Lincoln, Massachusetts, this 32 unit residential development adopted the character of a traditional farm going through gentrification.  Each of the four buildings incorporated design details consistent with a progression or styles and technology from early 1700 to 1850. While the facades were made to reflect the past, the construction was at the forefront of energy efficiency utilizing modular Styrofoam insulated panels at the walls and roofs, SER 13  HVAC equipment and vortex water heaters for a 5-star energy rating.
